Jet Plasma Aftercare

Jet Plasma aftercare is not as demanding as Spot Fibroblast. Your technician will apply nutrient-rich serums and/or masques after your Jet Plasma treatment. Microchannels all over your skin will be totally open, so our products will only enhance your results. However because of these open channels, NOTHING can touch your skin once you leave the Studio for a full 12 hours, not even water. After 12 hours you may go back to your normal skincare routine without any problems. We suggest waiting a few days before using any exfoliants, acids, or retinols though.

     • NO makeup or skincare of any kind for 12 hours after treatment!
     • NO exercise, sauna, steam, or heat for 12 hours after treatment!
     • Basically NOTHING touches your skin for a full 12 hours.

     • After 12 hours: Resume normal skincare routine.
     • Wait 2 days minimum before using any exfoliants, acids, or retinols.

Spot Fibroblast Aftercare

At the end of your treatment, you will receive a take-home bag filled with all of the essentials needed for the best Fibroblasting recovery. The key to great results is dedicated aftercare! Your bag will include aftercare spray, cream, shower visors, and more. We also have eye and/or full face reusable ice packs available for purchase should you want to really combat potential swelling.

Included in your aftercare kit:

Cleanse (micellar water), Refresh (colloidal silver spray), Cream

Day Of Treatment: Use Refresh spray as often as needed to relieve any discomfort. Spritz directly on fibroblasted area(s) from a distance, or spritz a cotton round and press gently on treated area(s).

It is normal for the area that has been treated to be red/pink, swollen and even feel like a sunburn sensation immediately after your treatment and for several days afterwards. You may use a covered ice pack to reduce swelling and/or take ibuprofen as needed.

Day 2 forward: Dampen cotton round with Cleanse and pat fibroblasted area(s) gently. Pat dry if needed. Apply thin layer of Cream; use small amounts, do not soak the area. Repeat every morning and evening until carbon crusts naturally fall off.

Tiny raised carbon crusts will form on the treated area for up to 7-10 days.

Do not pick at or exfoliate carbon crusts as this may result in hyperpigmentation and/or scarring. Let crusts fall off naturally. Avoid using washcloths, brushes, etc. on fibroblasted area(s).

Use your Refresh spray as often as desired for the first 24hrs. This spray will reduce any burning sensations or discomfort. You may continue to use Refresh while carbon crusts are present.

Do not stand with your fibroblasted area(s) under a hot shower for the first 3-4 days. This could increase swelling. Feel free to use the shower visors included in your aftercare pack if they do not touch your fibroblasted area(s). Try to avoid letting hair products and body washes run over treated areas.

Avoid direct sun exposure for 4 weeks. Avoid swimming and saunas/steam while carbon crusts are present. Once the crusts have fallen off, wear sunblock when outdoors.

Do not shave or wax the treated area until it is fully healed (about 2 weeks).

• Once the crusts have fallen off, your skin may be a little pink. You may begin to apply your normal make-up/sunblock but avoid using skincare products containing glycolic/salicylic/retinols or any other active exfoliating product for at least 14 days, as this may cause irritation. ABSOLUTELY NO MAKEUP UNTIL CRUSTS HAVE FALLEN OFF!

How long should I wait?

Sunbathing: 4 weeks
